Feeding the Hungry
- Any food that is given to a charity for distribution cannot be sued for food poisoning, along with the provider of the food.
- This must be in accordance with proper food storage procedures to prevent the growth of bacteria. If not, the food must be rendered not edible.
- The food must be served that evening or refrigerated properly for the next day.
- If not consumed the next day, then the food must be discarded.
